New York Counties

New York has 62 counties, each with its own Sheriff's Office and court system that handles warrant records. The Sheriff in each county keeps track of active arrest warrants and bench warrants for that area. Some counties post warrant lists online. Others need you to call or visit the office with a valid ID. The County Clerk maintains court records that may include executed warrants.
